what's your phone?
my phone's like real pathetic. haha. those you buy at cheers/7-eleven. bought by my ex for me because my phone before that was seriously condemned. lol.
the phone's good enough for calling & messaging; the basics.
but i NEED more in a phone besides the basics.
i need the camera, for taking photos of interesting sightings (& blog about it, of course!) & of course, of myself. =P
i need the mp3 player, for those long or even short bus/mrt rides, especially those days i forgot to charge my mp3 player.
i need the wi-fi, for being connected anywhere without having to bring my laptop around. & also so i can tweet & FB on the go! =D
& considering how *cough*busy*cough* i am now, i need to check my emails on the go too!
i need bluetooth, for transferring of photos from my friends' phone to mine (vice versa) & from my laptop to my phone (vice versa).
i need the navigator too! its a NEED. considering how i can get lost in singapore. yes. i do get lost in our island. =(
so when nuffnang actually sent me an email, i went to the website & read through. & i was like, "cool or whattttt!!!" because its like nuffnang is giving me a chance to have my prayers answered!
lo & behold!
nüvifone G60 - connect. communicate. navigate.
like omg. its everything i need in A phone la!
let's shout with me, "it's a prayer come true!"
nüvifone G60 is operating on linux.
Linux is predominantly known for its use in servers, although can be installed on a wide variety of computer hardware, ranging from embedded devices, mobile phones and even some watches to mainframes and supercomputers.Linux distributions, installed on both desktop and laptop computers, have become increasingly commonplace in recent years, partly owing to the popular Ubuntu distribution and the emergence of netbooks.
& to emphasize how lightweight the phone is,

see what i mean?
nüvifone G60 only weighs 137g, with batteries that has 250hours of standby time.

the navigator works on voice prompting & there is a safety feature of "where am i?" which will feature the nearest police station, hospital & fuel services with just one click! & if you drive, the phone actually comes with a car mount. & if you dont drive, like me, the navigator actually comes with in-hand navigation, especially for pedestrian.
& you know how it is inconvenient to be bringing the earpiece of your handphone around. now you dont have to worry la. because with nüvifone G60, you can use your normal 2.5mm earphones. you know those normal earphones you use on your mp3 players? so in case your earpiece gets spoilt (which happens to me every single time), you dont have to worry about finding a new one asap because you can just use your normal earpiece! =D
& just in case you are a camwhore like me (i know. not shy.),

despite it having just 3mp camera, which i personally think it is fine enough (have i told you that the camera comes with geo tagging?!) & who actually relies alot on her hp for mp3s (like me!), you dont have to worry about limited space. because this awesome phone comes with 4gb memory. & if that is not enough, it supports micro sd up to 16gb. like, woahhhhh.
& if you are always on the go, check this out.

this sleek phone does this phone allow you to surf the internet (as "shown" in the picture above.) actually supports word, excel, powerpoint & pdf for its document viewing. just in case you are on the way to a meeting or maybe a presentation & its like super important, you can actually look through your presentation & your speech through this baby. & if you are still schooling, you can do the same! i wish i had this kind of phone when i was still schooling. damn!

pardon the quality. this picture was taken with my webcam.
SEE WHAT I MEAN BY NEEDING A PHONE WITH A CAMERA?
anyway,
i love you, nuffnang!
thank you for giving us bloggers this chance to win this awesomenistic phone!
i could go on and on about how awesome this phone is based on what i read on the website. but seriously, you be your own judge. visit
