happy belated vesak day to those who celebrated it last friday.

ouh wells,
its already the 1st of june.
half of 2010 just zoomed by, just like that. dont you think so?
time passes so scarily fast these days, i do not know if i have really lived my life.
next thing you know, its gonna be 2011 and when you looked back at 2010, you will question yourself what you have achieved for 2010.
*shudders*

anyways,
last friday, on vesak day itself, fadzli's brother got married to his sweetheart.
eh, actually, i dont want to sibuk-sibuk but eh, i thought i could escape (haha!) but fadzli's mother personally invited me for his solemnization & reception itself.
haha! cannot escape. =p

so before the solemnization, fadzli picked me up & we went over to pasir ris before heading down to the girl's place which was at bukit gombak. haha! i've never been there man! well, except for work, but that was only once and it was only at the mrt station.

according to fadzli's caption for this particular photo on fb,
"Posing mcm dpt ijazah.. LOL!".
such a mean brother, right? tsk!

so that ended after maghrib & we hung around because there were guests. and slightly after that, we made a move to the aunt's place to decorate the wedding car.

ok la. i didnt do the decoration. it was done by fadzli, his parents & aunt.
i was at the aunty's place, watching tv with the kids, uncle & the maids. haha!
maha pemalas.
not really la. i was warned that the carpark is hot so rather i make myself uncomfortable at the carpark, might as well i take care of the kids at home, right? =)

so the decoration and stuff ended at 9plus.

the next day,
same arrangement.
picked up by fadzli, head to pasir ris.
& before heading down to location, we had pizza! haha! first time ever before a wedding reception, i had pizza. =p

there were some cock-up in the event.
the kompang guys were late for one bloody hour! super kecoh, ok.
the bride was already at the dais, and the groom had to wait for the kompang in the car before heading down to the reception. kns!

anyway,
they didnt want to pay the kompang. haha!
i mean, seriously, if they are late for at most 15mins, i think its still acceptable la. this is like one bloody hour la.
the brother was pissed because his managers/colleagues were not able to see him during the reception.

& it was worse because the kompang guys didnt have the initiative to even call to inform that they're gonna be late. instead the best man had to call them then they actually informed that they were gonna be late.
so merepek, can!

only had photos during the cake cutting ceremony. bummer.
the cake's pretty. maybe because its pink. haha! i am bias like that. =p

congratulations firdaus & liz! enjoy your honeymoon in bali!
fadzli's next scheduled race is on the 20th and he's pretty pissed because one problem after another came up for his bike after the accidednt. apparently, one of the endcap dented or something like that and it is too short a notice for him to get a new one. so in the end, he had this done for his bike...

lol!
but ouh wells,
hopefully things go well & he'd be able to race this 20th.
if not, i tell you, he's gonna fret about it for like 3days after the race. serious! because that was what happened in march. haha!

i may not have the financial capability or knowledge to help you in your racing dreams but be rest assured, i'll always be here to listen & acknowledge. =)
even though most of the time, i dont understand a thing you explained to me. =p
